This month's edition of JRSM was as entertaining and educating as usual, and made the journey from Portsmouth to Waterloo pass more quickly.

In the spirit of Bufale Spotting1 and at risk of being too pedantic, I am bound to wonder how the unfortunate octagenerian who died from an haemorrhaging varicose vein2 was able to consent to publication.
