To view multimedia files in JRSM Online, you will need to install the appropriate helper application for the specific file type you wish to view. Your browser must also be configured to recognize the file type and open the file with the appropriate software. Netscape and Microsoft Internet Explorer come already configured to recognize the types of multimedia files used by JRSM Online.
